RapidDox offers separate products for Tableau and Power BI. A Tableau licence does not include Power BI, and vice versa. You can purchase both.

Standard vs Agency
- Standard — for individual users or internal BI teams documenting their own organisation's dashboards.
- Agency — for consultants, agencies, and firms documenting dashboards on behalf of multiple clients.

Purchasing
- Purchase on the rapidlens.com product page.
- A confirmation email with a download link is sent to the purchaser.
- Log in to app.rapidlens.com at any time to download and manage the subscription.
Licence Validation
The desktop app validates your licence by contacting app.rapidlens.com on startup. This requires internet access to that domain. If your environment restricts outbound traffic, ask your network administrator to whitelist app.rapidlens.com.
